Donation collection at Palo Alto's Whole Food + Donation Updates
On May 22 and 23, BAWA did a quick donation collection outside of the Whole Food in Palo Alto, collecting nearly $800 dollars in a short time. We are grateful for Barbara Slone, a resident of Palo Alto and a champion of the Burmese community, for helping us immensely by getting permission to set up there, actively participating in the collection and informing the residents of Palo Alto about the situation in Burma. Our donation numbers are up $14,852. Again, please stay tuned for the donation plan BAWA has made.
