BAWA Annual General meeting was held on 1/8/12

AGM meeting was held on 1/8/12 @ Asian American for Community Involvement Senior health center at 2400 Moorpark ave. San Jose.
Attendees: Daw Mabel Tun, Yasmin Vanya, Ngwa Tharlay, Daw Khin Tintint, Nandi Kyawmin, Htwe Htwe Win
Daw Htwelay Khine, Ko Khin Hlaing Soe (Sean), Daw Ei, U Nyunt Than, Soe Soe, Daw Htay Htay Kyi, U seni Tun Ko Naing Win and Ko Waiphyo
BAWA 2011 review was done.
BAWA financial reported was presented and answered some questions.
BAWA partnership with AACI was presented.
BAWA is a community partner for AACI for mental health prevention for refugees and new comers to
Santa Clara County.
2012 election was held. Election committee - U Sein Tun, Daw Htay Htay Kyi and U Nyunt Than
Candidate for BODs were elected.

Daw Mabel Tun and Htwe Htwe Win tied, so the members cast 2nd voting round and Htwe Htwe Win was selected.
Yasmin nominated Daw Khin Tint Tint to be the President. Ngwethar lay second. All approved. Unanimous.
Daw Khin Tint tint nominated Yasmin to be the Secretary. All approved.
Ngwe Thar lay Treasurer, approved by all.
Sean - Information officer.
Htwe Htwe Win - Vice President.
